WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO MY APPOINTMENTS?

 

Please bring any information (scans, reports, referrals, etc.) specific to your health and medical history and the reason you are coming in to see us, as well as reading glasses (if applicable) closed in footwear, comfortable clothes, a towel and a drink bottle.

 

WHERE DO I MEET THE EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST FOR MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?

 

When you arrive at the facility, please notify reception that you have arrived for your appointment

and have a seat in the café or in the gym reception area until your exercise physiologist greets you.

 

WHAT HAPPENS DURING MY FIRST VISIT?

 

Our allied health team will complete a thorough assessment of your injury/illness and provide you with the recommended treatment plan to help you reach a great health outcome. This plan includes proposed treatment, length of recovery and number of consultations.

 

CAN I ACCESS A REBATE FOR ANY OF MY CONSULTATIONS OR SESSIONS?

 

Our expert team are university qualified, allied health professionals who are approved to provide services under Medicare, Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA), WorkCover, CTP, NDIS and all major health funds (HICAPS available).

 

Please speak to our team or your GP to discuss your eligibility for partially or fully funded treatment services and consultations.

 

HOW DO I PAY?

 

All clinics are able to take payments via HICAPS and EFTPOS as well as processing through Medicare and DVA. 

 

We do not accept cash.

 

HOW DO I CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

 

Please speak to your exercise physiologist or the girls at the Health Solutions reception on if you need to cancel or reschedule any of your appointments.
