Appointment Policy
Health Solutions is committed to providing quality services and programs for health, performance and rehabilitation. Our appointment policy enables us to provide a consistently high level of care to all clients.
When you engage any of Health Solutions in-person or online consulting and treatment services you agree that:
The respective consultation fee will be charge if you fail to attend an appointment. If less than 24 hours' notice is given for a cancelation, a cancelation fee will be charged. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact your practitioner directly or call (02) 4283 3522 (Sydney) or (03) 9097 1677 (Melbourne) to speak to our lovely team at reception.
Should the consultation fee be rejected from a third party (insurance, Medicare, DVA, NDIS, etc.) for any reason, the client is responsible for any and all payments of accounts at Health Solutions.
Health Solutions accepts no responsibility for the treatment received. Any professional liability is between the patient and the individual practitioner. [All Health Solutions practitioners are insured through their respective insurance companies]. Health Solutions adopts assurance protocols in accordance with the clinical guidelines specified by the respective allied health governing bodies.

The occupational health and safety of all persons employed by Health Solutions and those visiting are considered to be of utmost importance. Health Solutions is firmly committed to providing a healthy and safe workplace for all employees, contractors, patients, clients and visitors.

All Contractors and Sub-Contractors engaged to perform work at Health Solutions’ premises or other nominated locations are required, as part of their contract, to comply with the occupation health and safety policies, procedures and programs of the organisation. To not observe or comply with a direction will be considered a breach of the contract and sufficient grounds for termination of the contract.
